Rehab Direct enters a collaboration with UKS for corporate health and wellbeing services.
Rehabilitation Direct (Rehab Direct), a nation rehabilitation provider, has entered a strategic collaboration with the major provider of access to treatment services nationwide, UKS Health Group, to provide corporate care programmes.
The joint venture will allow the synergies between the two companies to give customers maximum value and a full suite service for improving the health and wellbeing of their employees. It is structured to allow employer organisations to utilise either as a complete package or as modular services.
At the core of the service is the rapid access, remote triage and assessment service that has been developed over many years of working with the NHS and private sector. This service offers immediate physical and or psychological support for colleagues who are absent from the workplace.
The other services include a suite of absence prevention services to promote mental and physical resilience, “prehab” and lifestyle support. Diagnostic and clinical consultations and rehabilitation for those colleagues that are away from the workplace for longer or have more complex needs.
Gavin Rimmer, Unity Health Group CEO comments, “this exciting new venture offers up the best services from each of the companies involved and is designed to enhance employer-employee relations, to help companies and employees to be “healthy” and to support the UK economy”.
