Expertise

Alex studied in Greece qualifying as a physiotherapist in 2013.  He moved to the UK in 2015 employed by NHS Sudbury Community Health and gained valuable experience in clinical assessment and treatment of complex cases. Alex gained further experience in the NHS in orthopaedics (elective and trauma), respiratory medicine and neurology.

Alex has worked collaboratively with occupational therapists, assistant therapists, psychologists and consultants, ensuring the best rehabilitation approach of the patients.

Alex left the NHS in 2019 and works in different roles in the private sector, including working as a rehabilitation case manager undertaking assessments and home visits for clinical case management.  Alex has experience in assessing and case managing acute and chronic injuries, persistent pain, spinal injuries and complex orthopaedic injuries.

Road Traffic Accident

Road traffic accident case which resulted in the client receiving multiple soft tissue injuries and a head injury resulting in memory loss, dizziness, headaches and concentration difficulties. The client was also suffering from psychological symptoms relating to travel.

Road traffic accident case whilst the client was using an e-scooter which results in complex upper limb fractures, dental fractures and extensive scalp lacerations. The client was also experiencing flashbacks and panic attacks since the incident.
