Ronak is a highly motivated and passionate health care professional with an accomplished academic background varied practical experience.
He is an excellent communicator with the ability to work with individuals or as part of a multidisciplinary team; he is experienced in writing accurate and detailed reports.
Ronak is experienced in complex polytrauma, musculo-skeletal and neurological conditions as well as persistent pain, functional neurological disorders, and subtle brain injuries. He is used to working within a multidisciplinary team and devising rehabilitation programmes applying the latest approaches and evidence base.
Ronak has worked in the public and private sectors, and as a self-employed practitioner. He is experienced in the medico-legal environment.
Ronak’s clinical experience and expertise is in management of musculoskeletal disorders including poly trauma, persistent pain, functional rehabilitation, and neurological conditions.
Ronak works with clients and their family from the initial assessment, setting realistic goals, co-ordinating and overseeing the clinical interventions and producing accurate succinct reports and updates to keep the interested parties informed of the clients’ progress. He will provide close support to the client and the family throughout their rehabilitation.
Ronak will organise the most appropriate multi-disciplinary team to meet the needs of the injured person and will put the client and family at the centre of the planning and decision making process.
He will listen with empathy and support the client to meet their agreed goals and when necessary will help them to adjust to a different lifestyle.
