Expertise

Dr Ebuka Anieto is a HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with broad experience across community, hospital, and home-based rehabilitation services. His clinical practice has centred on managing complex caseloads, delivering comprehensive assessments, and developing coordinated, goal-oriented rehabilitation plans that promote functional independence and safe discharge. He has worked closely with GPs, multidisciplinary teams, carers, and external agencies to ensure continuity of care, robust risk management, and patient-centred outcomes, which are key competencies in effective clinical case management.

In community settings, he has supported individuals with multiple and long-term conditions, regularly reviewing and adapting care plans to ensure timely progression and discharge. Alongside his clinical work, he has an established research background in rehabilitation and behaviour change interventions for chronic conditions. His involvement in systematic reviews and co-created intervention development has strengthened his commitment to evidence-based practice, ensuring that clinical decision-making and case management strategies are informed by high-quality research and measurable outcomes. His professional interests focus on holistic rehabilitation, behaviour change to enhance self-management, and integrated models of care that optimise recovery and long-term health.
