Warren Brown (He/Him)

Warren is a highly experienced Musculoskeletal (MSK) clinician and First Contact Practitioner (FCP) Team Lead with over 20 years of progressive clinical and case management experience across primary care, occupational health, and private healthcare settings. He currently works as an FCP Team Lead at Pure Physiotherapy, and is the first point of contact for MSK patients within GP practices, undertaking advanced clinical assessments, formulating care pathways, and managing patient cases independently in place of a GP.

Warren triages complex presentations, identifying red flag conditions, coordinating referrals, and arranging diagnostic investigations such as imaging and pathology tests to ensure safe, effective, and timely patient management. Throughout his career, he has managed complex caseloads involving upper limb, lower limb, and spinal conditions, delivering person-centred care while coordinating multidisciplinary input from GPs, consultants, physiotherapists, and wider healthcare teams.

His experience includes leading injection therapy services, conducting clinical audits, handling complaints, and supporting service development at a national level, reflecting both clinical leadership and governance responsibilities. His recent experience as a locum Healthcare Assistant further strengthened his understanding of long-term condition monitoring, risk assessment, and preventative care within primary care settings.
