Dr Ebuka Anieto is a HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with broad experience across community, hospital, and home-based rehabilitation services. His clinical practice has centred on managing complex caseloads, delivering comprehensive assessments, and developing coordinated, goal-oriented rehabilitation plans that promote functional independence and safe discharge. He has worked closely with GPs, multidisciplinary teams, carers, and external agencies to ensure continuity of care, robust risk management, and patient-centred outcomes, which are key competencies in effective clinical case management.
In community settings, he has supported individuals with multiple and long-term conditions, regularly reviewing and adapting care plans to ensure timely progression and discharge.
